Happy 2026! Thank you for being part of our mission. 

We’re looking forward to this next phase of Lit Motors in the same spirit of transition from the Year of the Snake (shedding old skin) to the Fire Horse (galloping courageously).

Our Mission is a commitment to sustainability - delivering safety, style, and savings while reimagining how people drive. The global market’s transition from internal combustion to EV/AV continues to validate this vision. In 2025, 92 million vehicles were produced worldwide, with 21 million of those being electric - nearly 25% of all production and a clear signal of accelerating demand at scale.

Looking ahead, 2026 centers on product development paired with Physical AI, followed by customer validation and scaling activities in 2027. With a strong team, experienced advisors, and proven development partners, we are confident in our path from X-1 prototype to serial production.

Over the past year, we restructured to strengthen our reliability for future momentum. We’ve pivoted from the Mini to work closely with industry-leading partners Ideenion and contractors like Misty West, bringing a goal-oriented team mindset, agility, and experience. In December, Brian Hamilton froze the control model and awaits hardware for the X-1 to further refine development.

We are concentrating on a full-scale development program and thus raising $7.5M to support the next phase of growth:

• $5M for X-1 driving prototypes

• $2.5M for customer qualitative clinics, production projections, pre-order marketing roadshow, & Series A campaign
